Pas de panique, c\u2019est normal. S\u2019obliger \u00e0 s\u2019endormir est souvent contre-productif. Laisse tomber la pression et offre une pause \u00e0 ton corps.<\/p>\n<p>Si le sommeil ne vient pas apr\u00e8s 15-20 minutes, l\u00e8ve-toi calmement. Va dans une autre pi\u00e8ce, lis un livre tranquille, \u00e9coute une musique douce ou fais un exercice de respiration. \u00c9vite les lumi\u00e8res vives pour ne pas sortir compl\u00e8tement du mode sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>Puis retourne te coucher. Cette courte pause suffit parfois \u00e0 casser le cercle de ruminations.<\/p>\n<p>Si les troubles du sommeil persistent ou si tu es constamment fatigu\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e, mieux vaut creuser. Des consultations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, des coachs du sommeil ou m\u00eame certaines apps peuvent aider.
